Don't want to go out for tour excuses

Parents don't want to you go and you can't argue with them is a very unauthentic bahana I would say, but if you say that you are suffering from loose motions and despite willing to go and enjoy the tour, you can't as his bad health may spoil even their vacations. 

The reason can be tooth ache, or family get together which you can't miss.
